Ben Johnson is the head of SAP’s social-impact oriented Intrapreneurship program, the SAP One Billion Lives Initiative. Founded in Asia Pacific Japan, the initiative’s purpose is to deliver sustainable social-impact through entrepreneurship and SAP technology in the areas of healthcare, education and environment. Ben leads the operation, expansion and roll-out of the initiative, in partnership with SAP.iO – SAP’s global innovation incubator and venture fund. Previously, Ben has held a variety of strategy, marketing and leadership roles at SAP and other technology organisations, having worked in New York, Singapore, and Sydney, Australia.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Ben holds a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact Leadership with UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and has completed studies in Data Science with Columbia University, Design Thinking with MIT, and International Law with Université catholique de Louvain. Ben is an ICF Accredited Coach and Guest Lecturer on Digital and Marketing Strategy at Singapore and Australian Colleges.
