He is also a Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiaries of the group including SG properties, The Wave, 168 Storage, Lafayette Wedding, East Ocean Gourmet Group, Tang’s Living Group, ASAP, H.K. Sources Finance and its strategic partner, ETS Group Limited (Stock code: 8031) and Gear Investment.

As a passionate entrepreneur and investor, he brings vitality into the traditional family business through innovation leadership that create shared value to consumers, stakeholder and investors. Driven by the belief that the entrepreneurial spirits is a true passion for building something great to everyone, first incorporated the entrepreneurial spirits into corporate development. He successfully created a shared value entrepreneurial ecosystem and introduced the integrated serviced retail concept – The Wave, featuring retail shops, co-working spaces and event spaces in an innovative building. By 2020, Stan will oversee the expansion of innovative concept with a total of 30 projects in Hong Kong.
