Stage 3 - Coaching for CSV Business Plan Development

In Stage 3, companies that are serious about implementing CSV initiatives will receive additional mentoring and coaching to help them devise and test their business plans. Up to 15 companies will be invited to receive the following services:
- • Briefing for senior management that is tailored to the core business, assets and experience of the company, which will bring executives up to speed on CSV and facilitate a discussion around the application of CSV models by the company
- • Mentoring with CSV implementers, people within the company who will drive possible CSV initiatives
- • Detailed review of the company’s CSV plans and coaching on how these might be rolled out
- • Support in building possible partnerships for CSV projects
