Providing rehabilitated persons with a full range of training and job opportunities in the food and beverage industry

 

The venture aims to provide 12 rehabilitated persons with all-round food and beverage training, including essential catering and cooking skills, beverages, food nutrition and menu planning etc., to enhance their employment opportunities and help them integrate into society more quickly.

Each rehabilitated person will be provided with training for six months and paid internship for a minimum of 108 hours. After the training, they may work at the training restaurant or other partnering restaurants.

It is expected that 12 rehabilitated persons will benefit.
