Providing stand-up comedy workshops and performing opportunities for young adults who need emotional support
The venture aims to benefit young adults aged 16 to 25, including those from low-income families, with stress and common mental health issues. Combining stand-up comedy workshops and performances, the venture introduces a programme with innovative training on various comedy skills and knowledge. Participants will attain self-help by experiencing a journey of self-understanding, transforming negative emotion and reflection of one’s life. Having received guidance and practised, participants will form a performing team to organise a comedy show in order to cheer themselves up and share happiness with the society.
