To develop prototype(s) of multipurpose exoskeleton devices for the disabled, injured, elderly and patients with Parkinson's disease
The project team of MedEXO Robotics sets its goal on multifunctional and non-invasive robotics. The robotics will also learn the pattern of the user’s tremors and enhance its performance over time. The target selling price and monthly subscription fee of the robotics will be set at an affordable level.
During the project period, the team has developed prototypes of the next model which were lighter and focused on palm and finger actions. The team has also applied for provisional patent(s).
The venture has proceeded to start-up with funding support from the SIE Fund.
