Providing training in long-distance running and physical fitness for low-income or retired elderly
The venture aims to provide 30 low-income or retired elderly with 50 sessions of training in long-distance running and physical fitness covering correct running form, stretching posture, physical fitness training theory and basic nutrient theory.
Three elderly with outstanding performance will be trained and hired as assistant coaches.
It is expected that 30 low-income or retired elderly will benefit.
