Lin Heung House – Connecting the Community with Scent

prototype, job training and opportunities, people of diverse race, Good Seed

Training and job opportunities for women of diverse race regarding incense production and running of workshops

The venture engages women of diverse race (e.g. Nepalese) who are endowed with knowledge and skills about handicraft and spices in the design and production of scent products for the local market. They will be trained up to become teaching assistants of incense production workshops to be held for different organisations and corporates. In the course of it, their self-recognition and sense of belonging towards the community will be enhanced.

Participating women who have attended the training courses will receive an allowance while getting paid for helping out in the workshops as teaching assistants.

The venture has received funding support from the SIE Fund for another prototype project.
