Providing home organising service and mindfulness skills coaching to full-time child carers living in inadequate housing

The venture provides first-of-its-kind home organising services and mindfulness skills coaching to full-time child carers living in inadequate housing, aiming to enhance their physical and mental well-being as well as promote the philosophy of mindful living to society.

It plans to recruit 20 full-time child carers living in inadequate housing to receive the on-site home organising service and to attend regular mindfulness group sessions, in which participants can develop their abilities in home organising and mindfulness, as well as gain mutual support from fellows. Participants with potential will be invited to take part in an internship and serve as assistants to home organisers, thereby enhancing their job skills and income.
