Providing affordable low-intensity psychological interventions for youth with depression symptoms

The venture will provide a mental health support programme for 140 youths aged 24 to 35 with mild to moderate depression symptoms, especially those living in sub-divided units (SDUs), aiming to address the shortcomings of traditional recovery processes and offer an affordable mental health support option.

Among the above-mentioned target beneficiaries, 120 youths will receive online self-help courses on emotional management while 20 youths will participate in both online and physical peer support groups.

Additionally, 10 youth caregivers or interested persons will receive training on supporting youth with depression symptoms.
