Facilitating the development of correct financial management concepts among youth in Hong Kong through financial literacy education

  

  

The project aims to serve 600 primary 5 to secondary 6 children and youths from low-income families through 20 cohorts of financial literacy workshops. The workshops will focus on awareness building, basic financial concepts, and basic skills for practical financial and saving planning. The workshops will incorporate experiential stimulation competitions and board games to enhance learning outcomes. Additionally, elements of diverse cultures will be duly incorporated into the workshops to meet the needs of participants from diverse racial backgrounds and promote social inclusion.
