Providing adventure training and related job opportunities for youths of diverse race or with special educational needs
The venture aims to foster the personal growth and enhance the professional skills of youths of diverse race and youths with special educational needs (SEN) through adventure-based training.
The venture will provide an adventure-based, 16-hour certification course in "Low Event Challenge" and a 40-hour certification course in “Low Event Challenge Level 1 Instructor” for the youths. Eligible trained youths will be offered paid job opportunities as assistant coaches. A follow-up group will be established to hold regular meetings and provide ongoing support for the youths. In addition, 2 showcase videos will be produced to highlight the project’s impact.
