Providing physical fitness assessments targeting cognitive abilities and exercise courses for low-income middle-aged or elderly individuals

  

  

The venture will conduct cognitive and physical assessments and tests for middle-aged to elderly individuals, matching them with suitable exercise courses to strengthen their physical and mental health.

The project will also organise exercise and mental support programmes for caregivers and hold free activities to support the physical and mental health of seniors, caregivers, and the public.

  • Conduct integrated preliminary assessment for 520 middle-aged to elderly participants
  • Organise 156 sessions of dementia preventive exercise courses for 195 middle-aged to elderly participants
  • Organise 156 sessions of cognitive enhancement courses for 195 middle-aged to elderly participants
  • Organise 156 sessions of exercise and mental health support courses for 130 caregivers
  • Organise 11 free activities for 220 participants, including seniors, caregivers, and other members of the public
  • Open shared spaces as a social hub for 329 hours
