Providing training in pressure injuries wound care for low-income caregivers and women to enhance their employment opportunities
The venture aims to enhance employment opportunities for underprivileged women and low-income caregivers of elderly people with pressure injuries (PI) by providing them with training in PI wound care delivered by registered nurses. An affordable solution using Augmented Reality (AR) smart glasses for remote nurse support will be used to help reduce medical expenses for the elderly patients.
