Facilitating the career and life development of low-motivation grassroots youths through diving-related training
The venture provides comprehensive training in diving skills to enhance the professional qualifications of grassroots, low-motivation youths. It also aims to let more young people broaden their horizon in terms of career and life development while nurturing talents for the profession and breaking the cycle of poverty through the provision of professional education.
The project enables youths who lack motivation and come from deprived families to obtain qualifications up to Rescue Divers to enhance their career development. They will be provided with a total of at least 5 100 hours of diving-related training and internship to equip them with professional knowledge and qualifications.
An additional group of grassroots youths nominated by NGOs/schools will be offered one-time experiential activities that will deepen their understanding of diving-related industries and broaden their horizon in terms of career and life development.
