Providing youth of diverse race with career development opportunities in sports, new media and performing arts
The venture will serve 150 low-income youth of diverse race. A KOL training programme will be introduced for 60 of them; performance competitions will be organised to recruit another 30 to join the only ethnic idol group in Hong Kong named EMME. Corporate partners will be engaged to provide the participants and 58 other EMME graduates from previous years with at least 50 on-stage and off-stage working opportunities. The venture will also hire 2 youth of diverse race as project staff.
In addition, the project will cultivate a sports community of people of diverse race and relevant workshops will be held in the community and for corporates.
