Organising courses and activities to let students participate actively in poverty alleviation
The venture aims to set up an innovative poverty alleviation education resource centre in a secondary school to provide students with immersive experiences of the daily living of the elderly and underprivileged families. Students will learn about the needs of the elderly and the underprivileged through immersive videos, problem-solving exercises and role-playing activities. Partnering social enterprises will then arrange home visits to elderly individuals for the students, aiming to transform the students from bystanders to active participants in poverty alleviation.
