Training in art and crafts that helps the elderly unleash talents and grasp the chance to be employed as teaching assistants

The venture will recruit young volunteers to provide the elderly with training on art and crafts, including Pastel Nagomi Art, Nerikiri making and succulent potting. The objectives are to unleash the talents of the elderly and flourish their life after retirement, as well as to foster cross-generational integration.

Elderly with outstanding performance will be hired as teaching assistants in art and crafts classes to be offered to NGOs and corporates to promote elderly employment and to relieve their financial burden.
