Providing barista training and basic photography, video shooting and marketing skills for underprivileged youths
By enabling underprivileged youths to acquire coffee brewing skills, the venture aims to enhance their self-confidence and sense of identity.
The venture will upskill 40 underprivileged youths with barista training and basic photography, video shooting and marketing skills. A Brewers Competition will be organised at the end of the funding period to select ten winners by vote. Each winner will earn an internship opportunity of at least 150 hours at partner coffee shops.
