Experiential community tours in which persons with disabilities play different roles while utilising their talents

The venture will hire persons with disabilities and match their talents with roles in planning, organising and leading experiential community tours. Persons with disabilities are given a job and are able to unleash their talents and build their self-confidence whereas tour participants will be inspired and can understand more about the community and the social issues from a social inclusion perspective. Mutual understanding and empathy will be fostered through interaction between the participants and the guides.
