Promoting a healthy lifestyle by providing training covering health management and family relationships and communication
The venture aims to promote a healthy lifestyle amongst the participants by grooming them to become “family coaches” who will take the lead in managing the health of their family members and improving communication and relationships within the family.
The project comprises two major parts, including (i) a six-month family coach training programme and post-training support on health and sports, nourishment, rest and de-stress, and family relationships and communication, etc., with free body check quotas to be provided to all participating families; and (ii) two large-scale campaigns “Healthy Promotion Month” to be held in three years to raise public awareness and advocate the importance of health management.
