A membership-based digital crowdfunding platform that provides assistance to low-income cancer patients
The venture aims to build a membership-based digital crowdfunding platform to provide assistance including emergency relief funds, material assistance and community care to low-income cancer patients. The proceeds generated will also be used to subsidise the platform’s members who cannot afford self-financed cancer medicines.
The crowdfunding platform accepts donations from individuals and corporates. An individual donor is required to donate a fixed amount each year (i.e. $250 per person), while a corporate donor will donate an amount equivalent to the amount its employees have donated.
