The Phase II project aims to expand the impact of CharityToday by enhancing the functionality of the CharityToday platform to further assist individuals and NGOs in using the platform, adopting more types of stored value facilities, and covering more service areas, so as to benefit more citizens in need.
Receipt Scanning and Uploading function will be added to the mobile app to facilitate receipt submission by subsidy beneficiaries and receipt checking by operators of subsidy schemes; Integrated Charity Resources Map will be built to provide users with the location and programme details of social resources available nearby which match their needs; Online Donation and dissemination of Digital Coupon will also be enabled to encourage individual donors and corporate sponsors to support charity programmes via the platform.
