Providing professional life-death planning services for the grassroots
The venture is a collaboration of two funded projects of the SIE Fund (namely Leaving Love to The Community – A Free Will Service and Keep it Simple. Let it Go.). It aims to provide professional life-death planning services to the elderly, patients and grassroots individuals.
With a team comprising lawyers, doctors and funeral planners, the venture provides a one-stop solution to help grassroots individuals plan and prepare for a fulfilled end-of-life journey. It offers workshops and consultation services, as well as preparation and execution of “Five Instruments / Items of Peace”, namely (1) Will, (2) Enduring Power of Attorney, (3) Advanced Directive in relation to Medical Treatment, (4) Advanced Funeral Planning and (5) Life Story, so beneficiaries will be well prepared for the future of their own and their loved ones, and be blessed with a good ending to a life well lived.
It is expected that it will benefit 2 255 persons including elderly aged 60 or above, terminally ill patients or individuals with special needs.
