Expectation towards Social Innovation and the SIE Fund
"I hope that through social innovation and the SIE Fund allocating more resources to support grassroots organisations to assist grassroots youth in exploring their potential and enriching their knowledge in technological innovation, equipping themselves with future skills and enhancing their international competitiveness, hence driving Hong Kong’s development into a veritable international innovation and technology centre."
