Here comes the good news from our intermediary The Yeh Family Philanthropy (YFP) on its Nurturing Social Minds programme. Riding on the successful experience with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, YFP has reached an agreement with the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) to run a similar credit-bearing course on Social Entrepreneurship and Venture Philanthropy in the coming semester. With more universities offering the course, it is expected that more prospective social innovators will be given the chances to work with social businesses to incubate their ideas, eventually bringing new blood and innovation to the ecosystem.
