Final call: funding application
for innovative projects
The SIE Fund has engaged intermediaries to take forward Innovative Programmes since 2015 to provide funding and other support for innovative projects. Innovative Programmes of the current intermediaries will complete soon. With the end of the last round of application under HKCSS’ Impact Incubator on 31 March 2019, funding application by innovative projects will be closed for the time being until the launch of Innovation Programmes by the new batch of intermediaries. Details of the new batch of intermediaries and Innovative Programmes are expected to be announced in the third quarter of 2019. Individuals and organisations with innovative ideas in addressing poverty issues and wish to seek financial support in the latter part of 2019 to implement innovative projects are advised to stay tuned for updates.
Meanwhile, innovative projects with the theme on addressing the needs of the elderly can participate in the Silver Innovator Competition organised by HKCSS which is open for entries from April to 30 June 2019. Winning projects are entitled to funding support from the SIE Fund. Please refer to the website of Impact Incubator for more information.
