Project progress reviewed at Task Force meeting
The Task Force has been working at full throttle in masterminding the Fund’s development. While many initiatives will roll out soon, the tenth meeting of the second term Task Force was held on 28 March. Latest progress of various programmes including the Food Support Flagship Project and Shared Value Initiative was reviewed. More information about these projects will be shared in due course. SI CEO Competition opens for public voting
While the five finalists of SI CEO Competition are preparing for the final pitching to be held on 22 April, another contest for the “Most Liked Award” is now staged with the winner to be decided by public voting.
The teams have each prepared a synopsis of their business ideas in a one-minute video. Members of the public can watch the videos at the voting site and cast their votes to support their favorite teams. The team with the most votes will be the winner of the “Most Liked Award”. The voting is open from now till 6 April. Voters can also enter into a lucky draw, and have a chance to win the grand prize of an afternoon tea (for four) voucher for The Lobby of Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong (valued over HK$1,300). Another 20 lucky voters will be drawn and each will be awarded cinema vouchers valued HK$200.

SI CEO five finalists announced
Thanks to the shortlisting judging panel, the five finalists for SI CEO Competition have been selected. The teams and their proposals are as follows:

We received overwhelming response from over 350 students from 26 tertiary institutions. There were 139 submissions received, 13 of which were nominated by organisations.
