The SIE Fund has engaged the University of Hong Kong to conduct an evaluation study of the Fund (“1st Study”) since 2016 with the objective of evaluating the effectiveness of the initiatives of the Fund in achieving the Fund’s objectives.  Following the completion of the 1st Study covering up to end June 2020 in terms of research period, the Fund intends to engage a consultant to conduct the 2nd Evaluation Study of the Fund (“2nd Study”) to further evaluate the performance of the SIE Fund covering the research period of July 2020 to December 2023.

The SIE Fund is now inviting proposals from interested parties to act as the consultant to conduct the 2nd Study.  An invitation brief setting out the scope of the study, the eligibility and submission requirements, the assessment process and selection criteria, the  key engagement terms, etc. is available for download here. Proposals should be submitted by 6pm on 23 November 2020 (Monday).

Two identical briefing sessions for this invitation exercise will be conducted at 10:30am on 8 September 2020 (Tuesday) and 2:30pm on 11 September 2020 (Friday) respectively.  The briefing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese and supplemented with English terminology.  Interested parties may click here to register for either session.  Depending on the latest development of the epidemic, the briefing sessions may be conducted on-line.
